  • Experimental Mark Making for Printed Textiles

    Saturday 20th June and Sunday 21st June 10am - 3.30 pm

    Two days in the workshop exploring painting/drawing/texture/collage used to develop textile designs. An experimental workshop and time for you to play with mark making. Day 1. Demonstrations then exploration of tools, materials and texture on paper and film. Day 2. You will expose your patterns/textures/marks onto screens and use screen printing to create a range of dynamic textile samples which can be made into products, gifts, artwork or kept as part of a techniques portfolio.

  • Textile Summer School

    Monday 10th - Friday 14th August am sessions 9.30am -12 noon, or, pm sessions 1pm - 3.30pm daily.

    Five days with five textile techniques to explore. Each day you'll be introduced to a new print process which is immediate, fun and experimental. You'll work with paper stencils, photographic screens, transfer and metallic inks, mono print, foiling, layered and blending processes. These workshops are designed for beginners but also perfect for anyone who has a little previous experience of any printmaking techniques. You will produce a whole range of dynamic textile samples which can be made into products, gifts, artwork or kept as part of a techniques portfolio.

  • Weekends are for Screen Printing... Right?!

    Print and make your own light shade/cushion

    Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th April, Sunday 13th October 10am - 3.30pm.

    Two days in the workshop learning how to print using photographic imagery, paper cut stencils, mixing & blending colour. By exploring these layered and experimental print techniques you'll produce your very own designs. You can work towards producing designs for a 30cm D light shade or 40cm cushion.

  • Screen Printing on Paper

    Sunday 23rd May, 10am - 3.30pm.

    A productive day in the workshop learning how to print using photographic imagery, paper cut stencils, mixing & blending colour. By exploring these layered and experimental print techniques you'll produce your very own designs. You can work towards producing a series of fine art prints on high quality printmaking paper.

  • Textile Tuesdays

    2.5 hours of fun experimental tasters giving you access to loads of different print techniques. Designed to build up your skills, knowledge and confidence while creating amazing textile samples. No previous experience required. 5 weeks, 5 techniques. Screen Printing. Mono Screen Printing. Heat Transfer Printing. Applying Metallic Foils. Combining techniques
